Abstract :Anterior, ischemic optic neuropathy ✓Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AlON); is an important cause of blindness among the-people above middle age. There have been great advances in underatanding of pathogenesis of AlON in recent years. In this study, etiology and pathogenesis of AION have been discussed with latest papers. ✓Anterior iskemik optik nöropati insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AİON); orta yaş üzeri popülasyonda önemli bir körlük ne¬denidir. AlON nin patogenezinin anlaşılmasında son yıllarda önemli ilerlemeler kaydedil-miştir. Çalışmada, AİON nin etyoloji ve patogenezi yeri literatür bulguları ışığında tartışıldı.
