Abstract :The left ventricular diastolic function in the cases of systemic hypertension ✓In this study the left ventricular diastolic functions insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(LVDF); of the 50 cases with systemic hy¬pertension were ewaluated by means of pulsed Doppler echocardiography. Our findings were compared with the findings of die 20 cases in the control group. When the control group and the patient group were compared with each other for the Doppler parameters, early peak fill¬ing rate insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(E); , Late peak filling rate insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(A);, the ratio of E/A, deceleration half time insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DHT);, decelera¬tion rate insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DR);, it was found significant differences for the parameters of A, E/A, DHT and DR insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.01, p<0.001, p<0.001, p<0.001); The thickness of interventricular septum insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(IVS); and posterior wall insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PW); were increased in the patients group comparing with the control group. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.001, p<001);. As a result, it has been shown that LV diastolic functions have been distrubed significantly in the patients with moder ate and grave systemic hypertension. ✓ Bu çalışmada, Sistemik Hipertansiyonlu 50 olgunun sol ventrikül diyastolik fonksiyonu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(LVDF); `pulsed` Doppler Ekokardiyografi ile değerlendirildi. Bulduğumuz değerler 20 kontrol grubu değerleri ile karşılaştırıldı. Kontrol grubu ve hasta grubu erken zirve doluş hızı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(E);, geç zirve doluş hızı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(A);, E/A oranı, deselerasyon yan zamanı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DHT);, deselerasyon hızı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DR); gibi Doppler parametreleri ile karşılaştırıldıklarında sırasıyla A, E/A, DHT ve DR parametrele¬rinde anlamlı farklılıkl bulundu. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.01, p<0.001. p<0.001, p<0.001); Kontrol grubuna kıyasla hasta grubunda interventriküler septum insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(IVS); ve posteriyor duvar kalınlıklannın insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PW); artmış olduğu bulundu. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.001, p<001);. Sonuç olarak çalışmamız orta ve ağır derecelerde sistemik hypertansiyon LV diyastolik fonk¬siyonlarının önemli şekilde bozulduğu göstermiştir.
