Abstract :✓A case with median nerve variation was presented and brachial variations of the median nerve were revied. In our case the accessory branch, the lateral root of the median nerve and the musculocutan¬eus nerve were observed to branch at the same site of the lateral cord. At a further site this ac¬cessory branch was observed to join the median nerve ✓N. medianus varyasyon`lu bir olgu sunuldu. N. medianus`un koldaki diğer varyasyon`lan gözden geçirildi. Olgumuzda aksesuar dal, n. medianus`un lateral kökü ve n. musculocutaneus, fasciculus lateralisten aynı noktada ayrılmaktaydı, aksesuar dal daha sonra n. medianus ile birleşmekteydi.
