Abstract :✓A case with a sciatic nerve variation was presented and other variatios of the sciatic nerve were reviewed. In the case, the sciatic nerve was divided into its terminal tibial and common peroneal branches anterior to the m. priformis in the lesser pelvis. ✓N. ischiadicus varyasyonlu bir olgu sunuldu ve diğer varyasyonları gözden geçirildi. Olguda n. ischiadicus, küçük pelviste m. piriformisin önünde n. tibialis ve n. peroneus commu¬nis dallarına ayrılırken izlendi.
