Abstract :The polycstic renal disease diagnosed in the antenatal period. ✓In our study, we presented a case which resulted with premature labor and fetal death in the 29 th week, who was diagnosed as bilateral fetal polycystic renal disease by routine ultrason¬ographic investigation during 20 th week. We reviewed the relevant literature. ✓Bu çalışmamızda, 20 ci gebelik haftasında başvuran ve rutin ultrasonografik incelemede bilateral fetal polikistik böbrek hastalığı tanısı konulan, 29. gebelik haftasında prematür eylem ve fetal ölümle sonuçlanan bir gebelik olgusu sunuldu. İlgili literatür incelendi.
