Abstract :Cervical spine injuries ✓In this report 106 cervical spine injury cases treated surgically and/or conservatively are presented. There are no significant statistical difference between the results of conservative or sugical treatment of cervical spine injury. Recent improvment in diagnostic tools and surgical instruments facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of the cervical spine injury. Servikal travma tanısı ile kliniğimize yatırılarak konservatif ve cerrahi yöntemlerle tedavi edilen 106 olgu sunulmuştur. Uygun seçilmiş olgularda cerrahi ve konservatif tedavi yöntemlerinin sonuçlarının biribirine üstünlüğü yoktur. Tanı yöntemlerindeki ve enstrümantasyondaki gelişmeler servikal travmaların tanı ve tedavisini kolaylaştırmıştır.
