Abstract :REPAIR OF PENIL HYPOSPADIAS WITH VASCULARIZED PREPUTIAL ISLAND FLAP In the recent years, one-stage repair is being used for hypospadias .One of these is vascula¬rized preputial Island flap. Between 1990-91, fifteen patients with penil hypospadias were ope¬rated by this method. Patients were followed ten months. Results and complications were eva¬luated. Two fistulas and one stenosis occurred. Son yıllarda hipospadias onarımında kullanılan tek seanslı yöntemlerden biri de vaskülarize prepüsyal ada flep yöntemidir. Bu çalışmada, 1990-91 yılları arasında 15 penil hipospadias ol¬gusuna uygulanan vaskülarize prepüsyal ada flep yönteminin sonuçları ve komplikasyonlan değerlendirilmiştir. 10 ay süre ile izlenen olguların ikisinde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(% 13); füstül gelişmiş, bir olguda insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%6); fleple üretranın anostomoz yaptığı yerde darlık oluşmuştur.
