Abstract :Repair of lateral nasal defect with median forehead flap and cheek flap i/ A 46 years old female patient who was operated for maxillary carcinoma; had a defect in¬volving half of the nose and some of the maxilla. The defect was reconstructed using me¬dian forehead flap for nasal lining, Mustarde`s cheek flap for external covering and septal osteocartilaginous graft for skeletal support. Maksilla Karsinomu nedeniyle öpere edilmiş 46 yaşındaki hastada; burun lateral yansında ve maksillanın bir kısmını kapsayan defekt mevcuttu. Bu defekt; iç örtü olarak mediyan alın flebi, dış örtü olarak Mustarde`nin yanak flebi ve çatı olarak da septal osteokartila-jinöz greft kullanılarak rekonstrükte edildi.
