Abstract :Although, several methods of management exists, approach to cancer pain is insufficient since the problem is often neglected and doctors are under educated on the issue. Pain management is the most important aspect of the supportive therapy and success can only be achieved through multidisciplinary evaluation of the patient. Kanser ağrılarına yaklaşım, çok çeşitli ağrı giderme yöntemlerinin olmasına karşın, soru¬nun ihmal edilmesi ve hekimlerin bu konuda yeterli eğitime sahip olmaması sonucu yeter¬siz kalmaktadır. Palyatif bakımın en önemli parçası olan ağn tedavisi, hastanın multidisipliner bir yaklaşımla değerlendirilmesi sonum başarılı olur.
