Abstract :Postoperative Analgesia |/ Recently acute pain management has been a quite popular subject among clinicians. Es-pecially after the recognition of the adverse effects of inadequate analgesia on the patient`s cardiovascular, pulmonar}7 and emotional status, the clinical importance of this subject has been more obvious. In successful! acute pain management, the most important fac¬tors are the establishment of appropriate pain management programme and team. Akut ağn tedavisi son yıllarda giderek önemi arlan bir konudur. Özellikle yetersiz analjezi¬nin kardiyovasküler, pulmoner ve emosyonel durum üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerinin anlaşılmasından sonra bu konunun klinik önemi çok daha belirgin hal almıştır. Başarılı bir ağn tedavisindeki en önemli faktörler uygun ağrı tedavi programının ve ekibinin kurul-masıdır.
