Abstract :Sulphasalazine in Rheumatoid Arthritis Twenty five patients with rheumatoid arthritis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(RA); have been accepted to the study. Cli¬nical, laboratory and radiological examination methods were used for pretreatment eva¬luations and Sulphasalazine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SSZ); therapy was planned. The therapy have been perfor¬med for six months with three weeks interval controls. At the end of six months the same examination methods at the begining of therapy were used and efficiency and side effects of SSZ therapy have been evaluated. Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Anabilim Dalı`nda romatoid artrit insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(RA); tanısı alan 25 hasta çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Bu hasta¬ların klinik, laboratuar ve radyolojik tetkikleri yapılarak sulfasalazin tedavisi planlanmış, üçer haftalık kontrollerle tedaviye altı ay süre ile devam edilmiştir. Altıncı ayın sonunda aynı tetkikler yapılarak sulfasalazin tedavisinin romatoid artritteki etkinliği ve yan etkileri değerlendirilmiştir.
