Abstract :Computerized Tomography of The Atlanto-Axial Region in Rheumatoid Arthritis t/ Cervical region, especially occipito-atlanto axial involvement is common in rheumatoid arthritis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(RA); and this involvement may cause sudden death and serious neurological complications. In this study involvement types and incidance of this region in RA were estimated. 50 pa-tients were included in the study. The patients were evaluated by neurological examina-tions, plain radiographics and computerized tomography insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CT);. In conclusion, the majority of CT in diagnosis of this entity emphesized. Key Words: Rheumatoid arthritis, AUanto-axial region, Computerized tomograpy. Romatoid artritte insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(RA); servikal bölge, özellikle de oksiputo-atlanto aksiyal bölge tutulumu¬na oldukça sık rastlanır ve bu tutulum komplikasyonlara neden olabilir. Yapılan çalışmada RA`de bu bölgenin tutulum sıklığı ve tiplerinin araştırılması plan¬lanmıştır. 50 hasta çalışma kapsamına alınmış,hastalar nörolojik muayene, direkt radyo¬lojik tetkikler ve bilgisayarlı tomografi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BT); bulguları ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda bilgisayarlı tomografinin bu bölge tutulumunun değerlendirilmesin¬deki önemi vurgulanmıştır
