Abstract :HEPATİTİS B VIRUS CORE ANTIGEN AND ANTIBODIES l/ In this report, core antigen and antibodies of hepatitis B virus, their specifities, the loca-tions where they are found, their diagnostic values and the constitutional differences of HBcAg-HBeAg were reviewed. Besides these, we briefly told about the other antigenic markers of hepatitis B virus. Bu yazıda hepatit B virus core antijen ve antikorları gözden geçirilmiştir. HBcAg ve anti-HBc`nin özellikleri, bulunduğu yerler ve çeşitli hepatit formlarında tanı değerleri gözden geçirilmiş, HBcAg-HBeAg yapısal farklılıkları irdelenmiştir. Bu arada hepatit B virüsün diğer antijenik markırlannada kısaca değinilmiştir.
