Primer Adrenokortikal Yetmezlik ( Addison Hastalığı ) Tanısı İle İzlenen Bir Hastada Ortaya Çıkan Tüberküloz Menenjit Olgusu

Abstract :Tuberculosis is still the most common cause of primary adrenocortical insufficiency insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Addi-son Disease); in underdeveloped countries, in contrast with the industrialized western po-pulations, where the autoimmune insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(idiopatic); adrenal insufficiency is the most common. Meningeal and pulmonary tuberculosis was appeared ten months after the diagnosis of the disease and establishment of the replacement therapy in one of the our Addison pa¬tients. We present this case, because we couldn`t find any report pointing out the relation between Addison Disease and meningeal tuberculosis. Sanayileşmiş batı toplumlarında primer adrenokortikal yetmezlğin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Addison hastalığı); en sık nedeni otoimmün insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(idiopatik); adrenal yetmezliktir. Fakat gelişmekte olan ülkelerde ise en sık neden, hâlâ tüberkülozdur. Bizim olgumuzda, Addison Hastalığı tanısı konulduk¬tan ve replasman tedavisinin başlangıcından 10 ay sonra tüberküloz menenjit ile birlikte akciğer tüberkülozu ortaya çıktı. Yapılan literatür taramasında, Addison Hastalığı ile tüberküloz menenjit arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyen bir yayma rastlanamadığı için olgu su¬nuldu.
