Kan Donörlerinde, ELISA İle Hbsag’nin Araştırılması

Abstract :The Study of HBsAg in Blood Donors with ELISA System HBV infection is one of the most important health problems in the world. There are particular risk groups of these infections. To protect the blood and blood product users of transfusion complications, it is necessary to do screening test on blood donors for HBsAg. In this study, 1400 healthy adults have been tested for HBsAg with ELISA system and Üıeir ALT levels in sera. Of individuals with high ALT level and HBsAg positive have been discarded. In this research, 43/1400 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%3.07); HBsAg positive and 67/1400 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%4.8); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(>45 U/L); high volume ALT. The 43 of 1400 individuals HBsAg positive and the 67 of the 1400 individuals high value of ALT insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(>45 U/L); have been found. And to prevent post transfusion hepatitis, we strongly recommend to test the blood donors for HBsAg. Hepatit B virus insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(HBV] infeksiyonları, dünyanın önemli sağlık problemlerinden birini oluşturmaktadır. Bu infeksiyonların belirli risk grupları bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan kan ve kan ürünlerini kullananları, transfüzyon komplikasyonlarından korumak için, donörlerde Hepatit B Surface Antigen insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(HBsAg); taraması yapılması zorunludur. Bu çalışmada sağlıklı görünen, erişkin 1400 kan donöründe Enzyme Linked Im¬munosorbent Assay insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ELISA); ile HBsAg taşıyıcılığı araştırılmış ve serum alanin aminotransferaz insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ALT); düzeyleri de belirlenerek, HBsAg pozitif veya ALT düzeyi yüksek kan¬ların kullanılmaması sağlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada 43/1400 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%3.07); HBsAg pozitifliği ve 67/1400 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%4.8); ALT yüksekliği insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(>45 U/L); bulguları alınmış ve posttransfüzyon hepatitlerinin önlenmesi için donör kan¬larında HBsAg ölçümünün gereği üzerinde durulmuştur.
