Abstract :Hepatorenal Syndrome Hepatorenal syndrome insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(HRS); is a common complication of advanced cirrhosis. Pathogenesis of this syndrome is controversial. Basic pathophysiologic mechanisms include peripheric vasodilatation and renal vasoconstriction. There is no concensus about diagnosis of HRS. Diagnosis criteria of International College of Ascites are in clinical use since 1996. Treatment results of this syndome are not satisfactory. Although there are new methods such as systemic vasoconstrictors and transjugular intrahepatic portsystemic shunt to treat this syndrome in recent years, such as systemic vasoconstrictors and transjugular intrahepatic portsystemic shunt mortality is still high Hepatorenal sendrom ilerlemiş sirozun yaygın bir komplikasyonudur. Patogenezi tam açık değildir. Periferik vasodilatasyon ve renal vasokonstriksiyon temel patofizyolojik mekanizmalardır. Tanısı konusunda fikir birliği yoktur. 1996 yılındaki Uluslararası Asit Kulübü tanı kriterleri klinik kullanıma girmiştir. Tedavisi başarılı değildir. Son yıllarda sistemik vasokonstriktörler ve transjuguler intrahepatik porto sistemik şant gibi yeni tedavi girişimleri olmuştur. Fakat mortalitesi halen yüksektir.
