İnsüline Bağımlı Diyabetes Mellituslu Çocuklarda Serum Lipoprotein Ve Apolipoprotein Düzeyleri

Abstract :Serum Lipoprotein and Apolipoprotein Levels in Children with Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus Serum lipid and lipoproteins were evaluated in 32 children with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(IDMM); followed 1-9 years. Patients divided into two groups. Group 1 included 22 patients followed 1-5 years and group 2 included 10 patients followed above 5 years. Thirty healthy children served as controls. Microalbuminuria was detected in six cases with IDDM insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(18.7%, either three patients in both groups);. The mean HbAlc levels were similar in patients in both groups insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(12% in grup 1 and 12.4% in grup 2);. Apo Al was higher in group 1 and 2 than control group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p 0.05);. Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları kliniğinde 1-9 yıl süreyle izlenmekte olan 32 insüline bağımlı diyabetes mellitus insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(İDMM);`lu çocukta serum lipid ve lipoprotein düzeyleri ile idrarda albumin incelenerek 30 sağlıklı çocuktan oluşan kontrol grubuyla karşılaştırıldı.Klinik takibi 1-5 yıl olan 22 hasta grup 12’i,izlem süresi 5 yıl üzerinde olan 10 hasta da grup 2`yi oluşturdu. Her iki grupta 3`er olguda insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(toplam 6 olgu, %18.7); mikroalbuminüri saptandı. Ortalama HbAlc değeri grup l`de %12, grup 2`de %12.4 olmak üzere benzer düzeyde bulundu. Grup 1 ve grup 2`de Apo Al, grup l`de trig-tiserid düzeyleri kontrol grubuna göre yüksek bulundu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p 0.05);.
