Abstract :Sprengel Deformity: Two Sister Cases Sprengel deformity is the congenital high scapula which occurs as a result of interruption of Üre normal caudal migration of scapula from its fetal position in the neck to its normal position in the upper posterior Uiorax. Congenital high scapula is often associated with numerous anomalies. Because it is not an isolated deformity, it is vital to examine the patient carefully. We present two sister cases of Sprengel deformity with associated anomalies and review the literature. Sprengel deformitesi, skapulanm boyundaki fetal pozisyonundan toraks süperoposteri-orundaki normal lokalizasyonuna, kaudal inişi sırasındaki bir bozukluk sonucu meydana gelen konjenital skapula yüksekliğidir. Sıklıkla beraberinde çeşitli anomaliler vardır. İzole bir deformite olmadığından hastanın ayrıntılı incelenmesi önemlidir. Sprengel deformitesi bulunan iki kardeş olgusu sunulmuş ve literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.
