Abstract :A Simple Chest Drainage System Some amount of bloody drainage always occurs after all types of cardiac operations. In order to prevent cardiac tamponade and follow the amount of drainage, different and sometimes complicated devices are used. In our clinic in a group of 623 cardiac operations during the period of one year we applied sterile urine bags as means of drainage collections. It`s quiet a simple method with no complications Kalp ameliyaLlanndan sonra bir miktar kanlı drenajın oluşu kaçınılmazdır. Perikarcliyal Lamponad oluşunu önlemek ve drenajın miktarım takip etmek için değişik aparatlar kullanılmaktadır. Miniğimizde bir yıla yakın bir sürede gerçekleştirilen 623 kalp ameliyatında son derece basit ve göğüs drenleri steril idrar torbalarına bağlanarak elde edilen bir düzenek uygulanmıştır. Sonuç memnuniyet vericidir.
