Abstract :Ruptured Sinus of Valsalva Aneurysms Ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysms are quite rare. After the establishment of diagnosis they should be repaired üırough the aorta and the cavity into which the aneurysm had ruptured. This report presents the diagnostic and surgical methods in two patients with ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysms Sinüs Valsalva anevrizması rüptürü oldukça ender görülür. Ani gelişen sol-sağ şant nedeniyle hemoclinami hemen bozulduğundan, bu hastalar tanı konduktan sonra erken dönemde ameliyat edilmelidir. Cerrahi tedavide, fistül aorttan ve açıldığı boşluktan ulaşılarak kapatılmalıdır. Bu yazıda rüptüre olmuş sinüs Valsalva anevrizmalı iki olgunun tanı ve cerrahi tedavi yöntemleri sunulmuştur.
