Abstract :Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy of Brain in Epileptic Patients Magnetic resonance spectroscopy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MRS); reveals metabolic changes in the tissue, non-invasively. MRS was found to be useful in investigation of epileptic foci leading to epileptic discharges, the extent of the lesion and follow up of the anti-epileptic drug medication. Key words: epilepsy, magnetic resonance imaging, MR spectroscopy Manyetik rezonans spektroskopi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MRS); ile noninvaziv olarak dokunun metabolik değişiklikleri değerlendirilir. Epilepsili hastalarda epileptik deşarja yol açan beyin lezyonlarının araştırılmasında, lezyonun yaygınlığının değerlendirilmesinde ve anti-epileptik ilaç tedavilerinin takip edilmesinde MRS`in değerli olduğu gösterilmiştir.
