Abstract :Yanık sonrası oluşan inguinal kontraktürlerin tedavisi güç bir problemdir. Inguinal kontraktürlerin tedavisinde bir çok operasyon tanımlanmıştır. Yedili flep tekniği ve fasyokutan me-diyal uyluk flepleri bu teknikler içindedir. Bu çalışmada, inguinal kontraktürleri yedili flep tekniği ve fasyokutan mediyal uyluk flebi ile tedavi edilen iki olgu sunuldu. Vakalar bir yıl takip edildi. Sonuçlar tatmin edici idi. Releasing of inguinal Contractures: Two Case Reports Treatment of inguinal post-burn contractures is a difficult problem. Multiple operations have been described for treatment of inguinal contractures. Seven flap-plasty and medial thigh fasciocutaneous flaps are among these techniques. In this paper, we report two patients with inguinal contractures, which have treated by seven flap-plasty and medial thigh fasciocutaneous flaps. The cases followed up one year. The results were satisfactory.
