Abstract :Case Report: Breast Emphysema As in all soft tissues of the body, emphysema can also be seen in breast. When air in breast is localised, in some mammographie projections it can mimic fibroadenolipoma with it`s relatively well circumscribed, lobuleted and radiolucent view with internal densities. In this case we discussed mammographic and ultrasonographic findings of a woman with breast emphysema. Amfizem vücutta tüm diğer dokularda olduğu gibi memede de olabilir. Mamografide hava, sınırlı olduğunda, bazı pozisyonlarda belirgin lobule konturlu internal dansiteler bulunan rad-yolusen görünümü ile fibroadenolipomayı taklit edebilir. Bu vaka ile meme amfizemi bulunan hastanın mammografik ve ultrasonografik bulguları tartışılmıştır.
