Abstract :IL12R defekti mendelian mikobakteriyel yatkınlık hastalığı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MMYH);’nın en sık görülen sebebidir. BCG enfeksiyonu ile ilk bulgularını verebilir. BCG aşısı yerinde geçmeyen yara, eklem şişlikleri, hepatosplenomegali ve nötropeni sebebi ile yıllarca genel pediatri polikliniğinde izlenen 9 yaşında erkek hasta sunuldu. Hasta lenfositleri in vitro IL12 uyarısına IFNg cevabı vermediği için, bu hastanın IL12R defekti olduğu düşünüldü. BCG aşısı yerinde enfeksiyon gelişen hastalar MMYH açısından değerlendirilmelidir. A child diagnosed as IL12R defect with disseminated BCG infection Background: IL12R defect is the most common genetic etiology of Mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MSMD);. It can be firstly diagnosed as BCGitis. Case: Nine year old boy admitted with ulcerative lesion on second BCG vaccine site. He sometimes experienced arthritis, hepatosplenomegaly and neutropenia. The lymphocytes of the child has no response to IFNg in vitro, the patient diagnose as IL12R defect. Conclusion: The patients who have BCGitis should be evaluated for MSMD.
