Abstract :Konstriktif ring sendromu doğum sonrası elde veya bacakta yüzeyel veya derin boğumların görüldüğü konjenital anomalidir. Konstriktif ring sendromunun etiyolojisi açık değildir fakat intrauterin amniyotik bandlar nedeniyle olabilir. Konstrüktif ring, gelişmekte olan uzuvları kısmen veya tamamen sarabilir. Ring derin olduğunda turnike gibi etki gösterir. Basit ve çok yüzeyel olanlar cerrahi müdahale gerektirmezken derin olan şekillerinde skarlı konstrüktif ring eksize edilir. Bu çalışmada, sağ bacak 1/3 distalinde konstrüktif bandı eksize edildikten sonra oluşan kontur deformitesini düzeltmek için Z plasti uygulanan bir olgu sunulmaktadır
