Abstract :Tüm vücut kemik sintigrafisi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(TVKS); osteoblastik metastazların tespitinde çok sensitif, fakat non-spesifik bir tanı yöntemidir. Bu retrospektif çalışmanın amacı; kemik sintigrafisinde metastaz saptanan hastalarda, kan kalsiyum insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Ca); ve total alkalen fosfatazın insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AP); metastaz gösterimindeki hassasiyetini değerlendirmektir. Hasta grubu olarak osteoblastik metastaz yapan en sık üç kanser; akciğer, prostat ve meme kanseri seçilmiştir. Increased plasma calcium and alkaline phosphatase level in osteoblastic metastases The bone scan is very sensitive but not spesific for the detection of osteoblastic bone metastases. The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate the role of plasma calcium insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Ca); and alkaline phosphatase insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AP); level in the detection of bone metastases of the three frequently observed cancers including the lung, prostate and breast.
