Abstract :Amiloidoz eozinofilik fibriler yapıdaki bir proteinin değişik doku ve organlarda ekstraselüler depolanması ile karakterize bir hastalıktır. Primer olabileceği gibi romatoid artrit, kronik inflamatuar hastalıklar ve maligniteye sekonder gelişebilir. Amiloidozun sistemik hastalık olup olmamasına göre başlıca 3 formu vardır ve bunlar primer sistemik amiloidoz, sekonder sistemik amiloidoz ve lokalize amiloidoz ismini taşır. Lokalize lingual amiloidoz nadir olup genellikle sistemik hastalıklarla beraber bulunur. Bu çalışmada çok sık rastlanmayan, dilde yerleşmiş, amiloid tanısı alan ve cerrahi eksizyon ile tedavi edilen bir vaka takdim edilmiştir.
