Abstract :While mild gastrointestinal bleeding is common in Crohn`s disease, massive gastrointestinal bleeding is extremely rare. In this case, we present a Crohn`s patient who presented with massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding. A literature review of such a rare presentation in Crohn`s disease will be discussed.
