Abstract :The phenomenon of violence, which is as old as the history of humanity, continues to exist as a universal problem. Different aspects of violence also manifest themselves in the family, and with the negative effects of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse against the child, it can leave permanent traces on the child throughout their life. However, the preventable nature of child abuse makes it one of the biggest responsibilities of societies, and especially of experts working in the field, to protect children from behaviors that seriously harm their physical and mental health. All of these findings reveal the need for an urgent research study on this subject. In this study, determining the factors that are effective in child maltreatment is an important step in making prevention studies more effective.
