Abstract :Öz Bu çalışmada, II. Dünya savaşının hemen ardından Alman edebiyatında bir döneme adını veren “Savaş Sonrası Edebiyat”ın en önemli temsilcilerinden biri olan Wolfgang Borchert’in üç kısa öyküsü metin analizi açısından incelenecektir. Bunun yanı sıra Alman kısa öyküsünün özellikleri bu üç öyküde irdelenecek ve örneklerle ortaya konulacaktır. Çalışmamızın bir diğer amacı da; kısa öykü yazarı olarak kendine has üslubu olan Borchert’in öykülerinde dil, biçim ve yapı gibi konuları ele alıp bu üç kavramın kısa öykünün genel özellikleri ile uygunluk derecesini tespit etmektir. Tespitlerimizi öyküden örnekler vererek desteklemeyi uygun bulduk. Anahtar Kelimeler: Kısa öykü, Wolfgang  Borchert, savaş sonrası edebiyat Abstract In this study, Wolfgang Borchert's, one of the most important representatives of the "Post-war Literature" that emerged as a literary period in German Literature immediately after World War II, three short stories will be examined in terms of text analysis. The properties of German short story will be discussed and presented through references in these three stories as well. Another objective of the study is to address to the issues such as language, form and structure in Borchert's stories and determine the degree of conformity of these three concepts with the general characteristics of short story. To our part, it will be appropriate to support our proof by giving examples from the story. Keywords: Short Story, Wolfgang Borchert,  Post-war Literature.
