Extracts were used in 0.5 ml, 1 ml and 2 ml/ 100 ml medi-um dose. Thyme extract was found the most effect and completely inhibited the mycelial growth of fungi. While cumin extract inhibited mycelial growth of fungi at high doses, it showed a little antifungal effect at low dose. Extracts of pickling herb, herbal, mint, eucalyptus, juniper and oleander were inhibited colonial growth of fungi at rates 26 % -100 %.
