Abstract :3 projects in the subjects of sowing time, irrigation and fertilizer doses were carried out and extension activities finalized by the GAP Agricultural Research Institute Directorate between 2007-2013 years under Sanliurfa conditions. In the projects, it was aimed to determine the appropriate planting time and fertilizer doses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(nitrogen, phosphorus); and irrigation effects on yield for the safflower plant grown under region conditions. In the planting time study; the highest seed yield was reported from the October 30 with 4260 kg ha-1 and the lowest yield from the April 5 with 980 kg ha-1 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Hatipoglu et al., 2012);.
