Abstract :This study presents the results of a study conducted to determine stem quality and the homogeneity of stands of ash insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Fraxinus angustifolia Wahl.); in natural and plantation stands in the central and western Black Sea Regions in Turkey. The results obtained from this study can be summarized as follows: insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(i); According to homogeneity index values, plantations are more homogeneous than natural ash stands, insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ii); The homogeneity index values of natural ash stands and plantations are similar to the values of some even-aged stands given in the literature, insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(iii); There is a statistically significant difference between the stand value of plantations and natural ash stands, insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(iv); The trees at the upper stratum have much more stem quality than trees at the lower stratum in ash stands, insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(v); There is a positive correlation between stand value and diameter size classes. Keywords : Stand Homogeneity, Stand Value, Stem Quality, Ash
