Abstract :The current study reports the optimal cultural parameters for GA3 production by Pseudomonas sp. isolated from wastes of processed olive affected by physiological conditions insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(incubation temperature, pH of the growth media, incubation period, and incubation conditions);. The highest level of gibberellic acid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(285.06 mg/l); production was obtained in nutrient broth when the bacteria culture was incubated at 30 °C for 72 h at pH 7 on rotary shaker and in the dark.
