Abstract :New complexes of chloro-salicylidene aniline with Coinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(II); and Cuinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(II); were synthesised and screened for antibacterial activity against several bacterial strains, namely Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The metal complexes showed enhanced antibacterial activity compared to uncomplexed ligands.
