Abstract :Eight species of discomycetous fungi found in the forests of the Kharkiv region for the first time in Ukraine are described: Dermea acerina insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Peck); Rehm, Chlorencoelia versiformis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Pers.); J.R.Dixon, Arachnopeziza aurata Fuckel, Arachnopeziza obtusipila Grélet, Hyaloscypha intacta Svrcek, Lachnum brevipilosum Baral, Pezizella vulgaris insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Fr.); Sacc., and Gyromitra fastigiata insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Krombh.); Rehm. Original illustrations, descriptions, and data on the distribution of these species in the world are given.
