Abstract :Biotinylated analogs of drug candidates provide useful tools for studying the drug--target protein interactions. Polyhalogenated N,N`diarylureas are potent activators of adenosine monophosphate-activated kinase insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AMPK); and potentially promising agents for the treatment of cancer. Various biotinylated versions of these N,N`-diarylureas were synthesized and evaluated in AMPK-activation studies. Keywords : Adenosine monophosphate activated kinase, biotinylated N, N` diarylureas
