Abstract :A simple approach to constructing a double-layer voltammetric sensor is described. The polyinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(malachite green); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PMG); and multiwalled carbon nanotubes insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MWCNTs); were coimmobilized at the surface of the glassy carbon electrode insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(GCE); for fabrication of PMG/MWCNT/GCE. The modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CV);, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EIS);, differential pulse voltammetry insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DPV);, and chronoamperometric techniques. Using DPV, the obtained catalytic peak current was linearly dependent on the ascorbic acid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(AA);, epinephrine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EP);, and uric acid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(UA); concentrations in the ranges of 0.4-100.0, 0.1-100.0, and 0.3-90.0 mM, respectively. The resultant detection limits for AA, EP, and UA were 0.23, 0.0820, and 0.12 mM, respectively. The modified electrode showed good sensitivity, selectivity, and stability and was applied to the determination of AA, EP, and UA in real samples. Keywords : Key words Sensor, poly malachite green, epinephrine, multiwalled carbon nanotubes, voltammetry
