Abstract :A new series of substituted 2,2-bis-insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl); benzocycloalkanones, bromopropiophenones, and their alcohol analogs were synthesized. The corresponding alcohols may act as potential allosteric modulators of GABAB receptors.
