Abstract :An efficient synthesis of amidoalkyl naphthols using silica supported sodium hydrogen sulphate as heterogeneous catalyst under a thermal solvent-free green procedure is described. This simple protocol offer advantages such as shorter reaction times, simple work-up, excellent yield, and recovery and reusability of the catalyst.
