Abstract :A long chain ketone insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(crassifone);, a pentacyclic triterpenoid coupled with fatty acid moiety insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(crassifoate);, and an acyclic diterpenoid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(crassifol); have been isolated from the ethanol soluble part of Nepeta crassifolia insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Lamiaceae); collected from Kangavar, Iran. Structures of all the metabolites were elucidated with the aid of spectroscopic techniques, including 2D NMR experiments.
