Abstract :The interaction of nicotinamide insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(NA); with NH4VO3 at the physiological pH insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(pH 7.4); was studied by voltammetry and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The reduction of Vinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(V); ions complexed with NA in phosphate buffer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(pH 7.4); was observed as a well-defined reversible reduction peak at --0.35 V. The stoichiometric insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(metal:ligand); ratio of the complex of Vinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(V); with NA was determined as 1:2 by the mole ratio method.
