The Composition of Fatty Acids in Hypericum scabrum, H. scabroides and H. amblysepalum

Abstract :The chemical composition of the fatty acid methyl esters insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(FAMEs); of flowering tops of Hypericum scabrum, H. scabroides and H. amblysepalum were identified by gas chromatography. In this work 5 FAMEs for H. scabrum, 9 FAMEs for H. scabroides and 8 FAMEs for H. amblysepalum were identified. The major components were alpha-linolenic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(48.60%);, linoleic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(32.53%); and oleic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(11.45%); acids in H. scabrum. Alpha-linolenic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(29.84%);, palmitic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(27.90%); and oleic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(16.49%); acids were present in H. scabroides and alpha linolenic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(41.79%); and palmitic acids insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(32.28%); were found in H. amblysepalum.Keywords : Hypericum scabrum, H scabroides, H amblysepalum, fatty acids, gas chromatography
