Abstract :ÖZET: İkinci dünya savaşından sonra ortaya çıkan ekonomik kriz, malzeme ve işçilik artışlarına bağlı olarak yapı maliyetlerindeki artışlar, yeni üretim ve yapı teknikleri arama gereksinimi ortaya koymuştur. Bunun sonucu olarak planlar arasında ölçü birliği sağlayan, standart yapı elemanları öngören, seri üretimi destekleyen, yapım süresini ve maliyetlerini azaltan, daha yüksek dayanımlı ve iyi nitelikte elemanlar üretilebilen prefabrike yapım tekniği geliştirilmiş ve giderek de yaygınlaşmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı prefabrike yapıların önemini ve depreme dayanımını da kapsayan bazı temel tasarım ilke ve kurallarını ortaya koymaktır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Prefabrike, tasarım kriteri, deprem. Principal Design Criterias For Precast Buildings ABSTRACT: The economic crisis breaking out after the World War The Second, the increases in costs of material and laborship put forward the necessity of new production and construction techniques. As a result of this, prefabrication techniques providing unity of measurement among the plans, predicting standard construction components, supporting mass production, reducing the duration construction and their costs and being able to produce more qualified and endurable staffs have been developed and become widespread. The aim of this study is to determine some basic design principles and rules including resistant against earthquake and the importance of prefabrication.
