Abstract :SUMMARY Citrus tristeza virüs (CTV) in extractfrom ciırus tissues w as detected by the double antibody sandwich ELİSA (DAS-ELJSA) with polyclonal IgG 1053 antibody. Partially purified gamma-globulin (IgG) from aniiserum to purifıeâ CTV was conjugate mth alkalinephosphate enzyme. TURUNÇGİL TRİSTEZA VİRÜSÜNÜN ELİSA (ENZYME-LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT) TEKNİĞİ İLE SAPTANMASI ÖZET Turunçgil trizteza virıısu, turunçgil dokularından elde edilen ekstrakstlarda polyclonal IgG 1053 antibody kul lamlar ak DAS-EUSA (double antibody sandwich ELİSA) yöntemi İle saptanmıştır. CTV a nti ser umundan kısmen purifiye edilerek elde edilen gamma-globulin (IgG) alkalin fosfat enzimi ile konjuge edilmiştir
