Abstract :In this study, hybrid bulk heterojunction insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BHJ); organic solar cells with a polyinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl);insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P3HT);:insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(6,6);-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PC61BM); active layer, a polyinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene);-polyinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(styrenesulfonate);insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PEDOT:PSS); buffer layer, and an electrochemically deposited zinc oxide insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ZnO); n-type inorganic layer were produced.
