Qualitative examination of the bacteria present in gastrointestinal flora indicated that, the bacterial population of pike-perch will be changed to by water temperature. Total aerobic bacteria number ranged from 5.5x10 3 -5.0x10 4 cfu/g, 1.0X10 4 -10x10 6 cfu/g in the stomach and intestine respectively.
