First record of Eudiaptomus gracilis (G.O. Sars, 1863) (Copepoda: Diaptomida) in the inland waters of Turkey

Abstract :The Calanoid copepod Eudiaptomus gracilis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(G.O. Sars, 1863); is recorded from Turkish inland waters for the first time. Males and females of Eudiaptomus gracilis were consistently found during 6 sampling periods in the Yeşilırmak River. The species was collected from the Yeşilırmak River and Suat Uğurlu and Hasan Uğurlu dam lakes in the Black Sea region and detailed descriptions of both sexes are given.
