Abstract :A new species, Cryptognathus ayyildizi sp. nov. is described and illustrated. Raphignathus bathursti Meyer and Ryke, 1960 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Raphignathidae);, and Cheylostigmaeus californicus Summers and Ehara, 1965 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Stigmaeidae); are redescribed, and are new records for the Turkish fauna. Their worldwide distribution is also given.
