Abstract :The characteristic features of Storchia mehrvari Bagheri & Gheblealivand, a new record for the Turkish fauna, are redescribed based on the Turkish specimens. In addition, asymmetric abnormalities in setae on the anogenital area occurring in some adult females are discussed and illustrated.
